Integration service
For an efficient operation of the Content within the Mirakl marketplace, there is the possibility of integrating processes between the marketplace platform and other external supplier platforms.
All integration methods allow:
Catalog
integrates the publication and updating of catalogs available
Products
integrates the publication and updating of products available
Orders
integrates the reception, confirmation and change of status of orders
Price Update
integrates the updating and publication of the prices and offers of the products available
Integration options
Option 1
Manual update
Completely personalized integration on demand, covering specific needs from onboarding prior to the complete connection of catalogues, products, prices and orders with the Mirakl marketplace.
Option 2
API Rest Direct Connection
A direct connection is established between the external platform of the supplier and Mirakl ´ s marketplace.
This connection is made via an existing Rest API suite where the supplier makes the connections coordinated with Viavox IT Team.
Option 3
VIAVOX MIDDLEWARE Connection
Through this integration, the provider exchanges files under a predetermined structure model.
This bidirectional exchange of files to the Viavox middleware.
API Rest Direct Connection
Viavox supports the supplier in the direct integration of the supplier’s System with the Mirakl Platform Information and documentation is provided.
Once the integration is complete, Viavox performs a CERTIFICATION of the correct functioning of the integration as part of the process.
API MIDDLEWARE Connection
Through this integration, the provider exchanges files under a predetermined structure model.
This bidirectional exchange of files is carried out through a Secure access connected to the Viavox middleware.
Viavox middleware, configurated with data equivalencies, transfers the information to Mirakl marketplace.
